I purchased two Ashley end tables on this site. I live in MI so shipping was required. There was a small hiccup where they shipped the order but only one of the tables came. I contacted Wyckes and they resolved the issue quickly.
I purchased during the peak of COVID-19 so, you may already know, shipping anything at that point was an issue. But we received the “replacement” in great condition.
That’s another thing. I read some bad reviews of people complaining their item came and was of cheap construction and broken. That’s BS. These end tables are made from REAL wood. Not some compressed garbage with a vinyl siding on it.
We love the tables and are VERY HAPPY with the service we received. As I said there were small issues (communication and the shipping thing), but look...the furniture is being sold at a FANTASTIC price. And it’s worth the small extra wait we endured (during a pandemic of all things).

My ratings are for the Lavon High Counter Chairs. They are easy to assemble, great price and delivered in a timely manner. Also GREAT QUALITY for the price. This is a great choice and I definitely suggest this to others.
I ordered 2 lamps on 2/7/21 and received the lamps on 2/9/21 in Indiana. I was amazed by the fast shipping. The lamps were packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. They had glass bases. Thank you for your great service!!
I just received my jewelry armoire and I love it. It came on time with no damages or missing pieces. My husband had ordered me one from another company for Christmas. It came late and when I opened it was missing the legs and was damaged. Thanks again for my quality product.
